Be respectful
Welcome different backgrounds and experience levels. No harassment, threats, hate, or discriminatory behavior.
Make feedback useful
Be specific and constructive. Critique the work, not the person. Ask before giving unsolicited personal advice.
Protect privacy
Never share passwords, private messages, client information, or someone else’s personal details without permission.
Share responsibly
Post work you own or have permission to share, credit other people’s contributions, and keep channels relevant. Avoid spam, scams, and misleading claims.
Use the right space
Use channels for shared learning, project groups for collaboration, and direct messages for individual conversations. Respect boundaries if someone does not want to continue a conversation.
Report concerns
Use the Report control on a channel message to flag a concern for Academy moderators. Moderators can remove messages that do not belong in the community.
